Level One
Level one app advisory services include a Cloud8 team member profiling your business, understanding your needs and then recommending apps based on this analysis. Standardised documentation templates are also provided, as well as a customised pricing model.
This is a light touch, self-service model, as once the recommendations are provided, it’s up to you and the app partner to implement the apps in your business.
Level Two
If you need a bit more help with implementation of your recommended apps, level two app advisory support may be for you.
Under level two app advisory services, the Cloud8 team will provide the services outlined under level one app advisory services, followed by app implementation support and training for your team in using the recommended apps.
It’s that extra little bit of support, providing a personal touch.
Level Three
Level three app advisory support builds on level one and two support services through providing an agreed level of ongoing support to you and your business. This ensures the apps that have been implemented work well for you and your business. Our ongoing support provides phone, email and web support at levels tailored to your business’s particular needs and requirements.
